I'm Eric Beausoleil, the driven and enthusiastic pizzaiolo (pizza maker) behind the counter. Growing up in a family that revered the joy of cooking and sharing meals, I knew from a young age that I wanted to share that love with my community.

After years of perfecting my craft and innovating recipes, I took the leap and opened my pop-up shop. At Beausoleil's Pizzeria, we're on a mission to serve more than just a meal — we're here to craft unforgettable experiences, one delicious pie at a time.
